Hardware Support
Diagnose performance issues when the server is overloaded and the root cause is unclear to the customer.
Perform hardware diagnostics including RAM errors, HDD bad sectors, and CPU issues.
Software Support
Reload the operating system upon request (First 3 reloads are free. A fee of 200,000 VND applies for each subsequent reload).
Reset the root password when needed.
Reboot the server via the web portal at http://id.vnso.vn or by phone.
Troubleshoot software pre-installed by VNSO if the issue stems from an objective cause and is not due to customer interference.
Set up basic security configurations before handing over the server.
Assist in disabling internal services if the server is under DDoS attack and the customer cannot do it themselves.
Network Support
Provide information on network speed and bandwidth usage for your server.
Block incoming traffic from DDoS sources upon customer request.
Help restore remote/SSH access in case it was blocked by the customer's firewall settings.
Out-of-Scope Services
* Please note the following services are outside the scope of free technical support:
Any system damage caused by unauthorized customer interference or installation without notifying VNSO’s technical team.
Troubleshooting or resolving source code errors unrelated to the server itself.
Services for customers who violate VNSO's terms of service.
Post-handover support for software installation or internal server modifications.
Monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, or error fixing after the service has been activated.
Issues arising from inadequate server hardware for large-scale website demands.
Responsibility for data on the server. Customers are required to have their own data backup policies in place.

Hardware Support
Full server rack space is provided, along with continuous, stable power supply and secure network connectivity.
Network Support
– Provide detailed reports on network speed and server bandwidth usage.
– Block DDoS traffic at the source upon customer request in the event of an attack.
– Detect and help block targeted DDoS connections, identify attack vectors, and notify the customer to handle them accordingly.
– Assist in restoring remote/SSH access if blocked due to customer-enabled firewall rules.
Out-of-Scope Services
– VNSO does not inspect, install, replace, or configure hardware or software related to customer-owned servers.
– VNSO is not responsible for server data or backups. Customers are expected to implement their own backup policies.
